Nancy & Jeff Serkes
Nancy and Jeffrey Serkes met in 1982 and have been married since 1986. They raised five children, their youngest two growing up in New Canaan. Today, they divide their time between Jupiter Inlet Colony, FL, West Falmouth, MA, and New Canaan, CT.
Nancy is a Registered Nurse with a background in preventative medicine for companies based in the NY area, including Nabisco Brands, Inc. Her clinical experience spans acute care inoncology, emergency services, med-surg, and post-surgical units. Notably, she dedicated a significant portion of her career to renal dialysis and transplantation care, driven by a deeply personal commitment to her eldest son’s health journey. After retiring from nursing, Nancy obtained her real estate license and focused on property development, specializing in the acquisition and renovation of residential assets. She earned her Registered Clinical Nursing Degree from Misericordia School of Nursing and NY Hospital and Cornell. A graduate of Music and Arts High School in NYC, Nancy was originally trained as an opera singer. Her commitment to education led her to serve on the Parents’ Committee at Emerson College and the
Parents’ Board of Directors at Bentley University.
Jeff is the Manager of Clearview Management Partners, LLC, overseeing a family office focused on investments in real estate, equities, and venture capital investments. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Palisade Capital Management, LLC and SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Allegheny Energy, Inc. Previously, Jeff held key finance roles at IBM, including VP & Treasurer and VP of Finance, Sales & Distribution, after starting his career with treasury positions at RJR Nabisco and Dun & Bradstreet. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Theta Power Systems International and has held a number of board positions at both public and private companies. Deeply involved in philanthropy, he serves on the boards of The American Friends of Jordan River Village, A Brighter Day, and Summer Theatre of New Canaan, where he has been a Trustee since 2010.
