Overview

Perform in The Summer Theatre of New Canaan’s Junior Company! We’ve created a musical performance program just for school students entering grades 5-10. Our Jr Company cast will work with the theatre’s professional creative staff to present their production on the Theatre’s main stage!  Rehearsals are held in the rehearsal studios & stage at the Performing Arts Conservatory of New Canaan.

Show: This season our Jr Company will present MATILDA Jr.

Date: Public Performance July 24 @ 3:00 pm (Possible 2nd performance July 23)

Program Information

This summer the Jr Company presents MATILDA Jr.

Preliminary Schedule:

Rehearsals M-F July 4 – 24  1pm – 5pm
Public Performance  July 24 3:00pm (possible 2nd Show July 23)

The first two weeks of rehearsals will take place at the Performing Arts Conservatory of New Canaan (70 Pine St, New Canaan, CT). The final week will take place on stage at the NCHS Theater (11 Farm Rd, New Canaan, CT)

All students who wish to participate must register. The program is limited to the first 30 students who register. All students who register will be accepted into the company and cast in the show.  All levels of experience are welcome.  Students will audition on the first day of classes.
